Job Summary

We seek a multidisciplinary R&D professional to support research in software systems, embedded hardware, networking protocols, and AI/ML applications. This role combines hands-on experimentation with academic rigor—requiring skills in prototyping, algorithm development, and research publication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Development

• Design and test embedded systems, IoT devices, or networking hardware (e.g., Raspberry Pi, Arduino, FPGA).
• Develop and optimize AI/ML models (computer vision, NLP, predictive analytics) using Python/TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Implement and evaluate networking protocols (TCP/IP, MQTT, LoRaWAN) for scalable solutions.
• Contribute to research papers for conferences/journals in AI, networking, or hardware innovation.

2. Software & Hardware Integration

• Write firmware (C/C++) and interface with sensors/actuators.
• Build proof-of-concept prototypes integrating software (Python/Java) with hardware.
• Troubleshoot system-level issues across cloud-edge-device architectures.

3. Documentation & Compliance

• Document R&D processes, patents, and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with IEEE, ISO, or industry-specific standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, AI, or related fields.
• Technical Skills:
  • Programming: Python, C/C++, MATLAB, Verilog/VHDL (for FPGAs).
  • AI/ML: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or computer vision tools (OpenCV).
  • Networking: Knowledge of 5G, SDN, or wireless protocols.
  • Hardware: PCB design (Altium/KiCad), sensor integration, or robotics.
• Research: Prior work on published papers/theses in AI, hardware, or networking.
• Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with edge AI, quantum computing, or cybersecurity research.
• Contributions to open-source projects or hackathons.
• Certifications in Cisco, AWS AI/ML, or NVIDIA Jetson.
