Role Impact

You’ll be the engineering force multiplier – contributing to full-stack development while mastering scalable architectures. Expect to ship production code within your first quarter.

Core Development Responsibilities

1. Code Craftsmanship

• Develop features in Python/Java/JavaScript following SOLID principles
• Implement RESTful APIs with Django/Spring/Node.js backends
• Build responsive UIs using React/Vue.js with TypeScript

2. DevOps Integration

• Containerize apps using Docker/Kubernetes
• Automate CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions/Jenkins
• Write infrastructure-as-code with Terraform/Ansible

3. Quality Assurance

• Develop unit tests with Jest/Pytest/JUnit
• Perform code reviews using Git workflow
• Debug production issues using Sentry/New Relic

Technical Stack Requirements

• Languages: Mastery in ≥1 OOP language + JavaScript
• Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL) + NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Cloud: AWS/Azure fundamentals (EC2, S3, Lambda)
